250 hours (includes 100 hours of Holistic Health Advisor training)
Acupressure/Needle-less Acupuncture/Reflexology Therapy includes: 250 hours combined total of Acupressure, Reflexology, Shiatsu, Polarity and Cranial-Sacral Balancing.
Program Goal: At the end of the program, the student will be able to demonstrate the ability to perform an individualized foot reflexology session, an acupressure session, a needle-less acupuncture session, a shiatsu (Japanese finger-pressure) session and a cranial-sacral balancing session using the techniques demonstrated in the course. The student will also be able to demonstrate a beginning understanding of the energy systems of the body.
