Certified Holistic Health Consultant (HHC), 250 Hours

D. Maintaining client records and obtaining client history
II. Holistic Health Consultant Program Content: (50 hours of each)
A. Aromatherapy: Students learn the science and application of essential oils. Course includes therapeutic principles, practical uses, history, methods of distillation, expression and storage, and use with massage and reflexology. Technique, “Raindrop Therapytm,” and client analysis and recommendations are also covered.
B. Herbology: This course offers advanced training in the use of botanicals for therapeutic and practical applications. Teas, tinctures, poultices, powdered and cooking herbs are covered, as well as Indigenous herbs.
C. Iridology: Students learn how to assess stressors revealed in the sclera and pupil of the eye for whole-body wellness evaluations. This course perfectly compliments Ayurvedic Medicine.
D. Body Spa Treatments: A variety of spa treatments are taught - herbal body wraps, salt glows, skin care, hydro-therapy, hot-stone therapy, etc. All compliment massage therapy.
E. Nutri-Escience: This course explores the depletion of nutrients in our modern diet, assesses body-chemistry imbalances and enables the student to recommend supplementation and dietary programs for overall vitality and prevention of metabolic disturbances that can result in long-term health problems.
